Training will be provided but experience in the construction field, HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical repair is beneficial. Thompson Pools & Spas is seeking Pool and Spa Service Technicians. “Service Techs” perform a variety of pool and spa repairs on equipment including pumps, heaters, filters, liners, covers, plumbing, etc. Most repair jobs require general mechanical repair ability and knowledge though on the job training will be provided. “Service Techs” perform physically demanding jobs that sometimes require the ability to lift 100 lbs or more. “Techs” must have a valid Montana driver’s license and will be required to adhere to Thompson Pools’ dress code and appearance standards. Wages will be based on applicants’ experience and qualifications.

Thompson Pools & Spas is seeking construction crew members for swimming pool installations. “Crew Members” perform physically demanding work outdoors in almost all weather conditions. “Crew members” construct and install pools, pour and finish concrete, install plumbing and pool equipment, and a variety of other construction tasks. Previous experience in the construction field is preferred, especially working with concrete. On the job training will be provided for less experienced applicants. “Crew members” must have a valid Montana driver’s license and adhere to Thompson Pools & Spas dress code and appearance standards. Occasional out of town travel is sometimes required for “Crew members”. Wages will be based on previous experience and qualifications.

Thompson Pools & Spas is seeking Pool and Spa Maintenance Staff for seasonal pool and spa care. “Maintenance Staff” will attend to 8-10 customer pools and spas per day performing tasks such as water testing, chemical application, pool cleaning, record keeping, etc. No previous pool or spa experience is necessary- on the job training is provided. Lifting weights up to 50lbs will occasionally be required. “Maintenance Staff” are required to have a valid Montana driver’s license and will adhere to Thompson Pools & Spas dress code and appearance standards. While this is typically a seasonal position, opportunities for continued full time employment exist.
